hurtful words.

in any situations, we often feel that way. feeling inferior and unworthy of anything.

but have you ever think that your mind control your emotions? when you feel unworthy, you will be insecure, am i wrong? actually everything you feel, it comes out from your mind.

when you're in a bad situations and somehow you can't be positive to handle it, it potentially makes you anxious, and even depressed. and it can't solve the problem, it just made it more worse. instead of blaming yourself, it can be more beneficial if you take the problem as a self-evaluations, so you can keep your mind to be positive.

cheesy banget gak, sih, kalau denger quotes "think positive, be positive"? tapi, gue setuju banget sama quotes itu. ketika kita selalu berpikir positif tentang diri kita, we will be what we've been thinking about. gue percaya positive thinking will provides positive outcome. karena bagaimana kita bisa mendapatkan ketenangan dalam hidup ini, tergantung bagaimana cara berpikir kita dan cara kita merespons hal-hal kecil maupun besar.

menurut LoA atau Law of Attraction, apapun yang kita fokuskan dalam pikiran kita adalah yang akan ditarik ke dalam kehidupan kita —secara sadar atau tidak sadar, positif atau negatif, dan diinginkan atau tidak diinginkan.

we all know it's not easy to do. even it's hard. especially if we're in a difficult situations. but we can start from trying to be grateful, train ourselves to see the good things in a bad situations, talk positive words, and always keep a smile on our face. if we get used to it, sooner or later it will become a habit. researchers have proven, positive thinking brings a good impact for someone like feeling more confident, gives calm, thus reducing the risk of stress and depression.
